
Ank Stuyfzand, MAOL, ACC
Ank is an ICF credentialed coach and seasoned organizational development consultant who studied coaching and got her coach training at Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA. She has more than fifteen years of experience with individual and organizational effectiveness and large-scale organizational change processes.
Her areas of expertise include executive and organizational coaching, leadership development and coaching women in transition to another phase in life. Ank is adjunct professor at Chapman University, teaching graduate classes in the field of Coaching and Leadership.
Prior to her move from the Netherlands to the US and founding InsideOut enterprise, Ank worked as a senior consultant for a Dutch based consultancy firm and worked for many years in the banking industry. She worked internationally for small, medium and large organizations in different industries, varying from governmental, utilities, banking, retail and not for profit.
Ank’s extensive education includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University in Irvine, and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands. She is a credentialed coach via the International Coach Federation and she also holds a graduate certificate in Organization Development and a certification as a communication consultant.
Ank serves on the board of the Healthcare Business Women Association, a global organization for the advancement of women leadership in the healthcare industry.
